The IIIF Curation Platform (ICP) was developed for the IIIF Presentation API 2 (v2), whose specification was released in September 2014. Then the IIIF Presentation API 3 (v3) was released in June 2020, and IIIF sites were gradually migrating to the new specification. Due to incompatibility between the old and new specifications, ICPs that supported only v2 could no longer view IIIF sites that supported v3. Therefore, we have started to support v3 of ICP, and on August 27, 2024, we released a new version to support v3.
